The Job Ticket System is the core of the Service Management System. It utilizes job control record numbers and job ticket numbers, allowing job tickets to be assigned to a specific job or project. These numbers may be selected either by the system or by the user. The job ticket draws on data stored in accounts receivable, inventory, the contract file, and the equipment file to provide information pertaining to the individual piece of equipment being serviced. This information includes tone sets, frequencies, location, unit maintenance status, model number, and owner. Customer invoices are created directly from completed job tickets with the revenue posted to the correct accounts. The job ticket records all the data related to the equipment being serviced. Among the items it records are technician hours, parts used, service codes, free form text, equipment status, and job location. This document, when posted, provides the information necessary for efficient service shop management.

The Contract Management module maintains each contractual relationship between your company and your client. Detailed information is compiled from the Equipment Master file to allow for up-to-date information on maintenance revenues and their associated costs. This information is kept for both equipment under maintenance contracts and for time and material work. A complete reporting system allows this information to be presented to management in a wide range of formats.

Equipment Management maintains detailed information on each piece of equipment. This information is maintained by serial number and client. Some of the information stored includes: model, frequency, and tone set tables, location, maintenance status, category, number of maintenance, time and material job tickets, last work ticket number and technician, and detailed financial information. The Equipment Management system allows this information to be presented in a wide variety of ways. At all times you are aware of the financial and maintenance history of each and every piece of equipment that you service. You can spot service trends and better set maintenance charges based on current accurate data that the CRI system delivers.

The Technician Management System interfaces with the Job Ticket System. All technician information in the job ticket is automatically transferred to the technician master file upon job ticket posting. This allows for detailed productivity records by technician.
